Abbi Stell

Abbi Stell is a legal executive in the Personal Injury Department at Pattinson & Brewer’s Bristol Office.

Over the past 6 years with Pattinson & Brewer Abbi has developed broad experience of claimant personal injury cases and particularly road traffic accidents representing drivers, passengers, bike users and pedestrians as well as employers’ liability cases.

Clients’ comments reveal Abbi’s excellent work on their cases and she has successfully settled claims in excess of £10,000 including one for over £250,000.

Case examples:

C v B - C was involved in two accidents at work, the first involving an electrocution injury and the second involving an injury to the back. As a result of the more serious back injury, he was unable to undertake manual work and was made redundant - settled for £190,000 in total 

E v B - E is a boxer who was injured when he drove over a huge pothole on an approach to a garage forecourt injuring his back and shoulder. As a result of the injury he was unable to compete in fights and suffered a loss of income - settled for £11,000. 

S v T - Lady slipped in some salad cream that was on the floor in the Defendant's store. She fractured her knee and may need an operation in the future - settled for £31,000

Abbi is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is also a member of APIL. She has a degree in Mathematical Sciences and, when not in the office, she enjoys travelling to Italy, live music (particularly when Muse are playing), watching Bath Rugby and making jewellery.
