Caroline Phelan

Caroline Phelan is a partner in Pattinson & Brewer's Accident and Industrial department. Caroline is devoted to claimant personal injury work and has broad experience handling many different types of accident from slips and trips to injuries suffered in the workplace and occupational diseases arising from workplace exposure.

She has represented many of Pattinson & Brewer's trade union clients and their members in cases covering repetitive strain and back injuries to serious spinal and head injuries and successfully recovered the maximum compensation for them.

Caroline is a member and accredited fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and also a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. She is the partner responsible for the firm's personal injury training programme; keeping the teams up to date with the latest developments in personal injury law.

Caroline grew up in the Welsh market town of Abergavenny and studied law at the University of Wales College in Cardiff. Married to Mike with three wonderful but very energetic children, Caroline spends her weekends involved in various sports, children's parties and relaxes socialising with friends. The family are keen rugby supporters and can frequently be found on the terraces in Wales.
