Clare Walsh
Legal Executive
Clare is a Legal Executive in Pattinson & Brewer’s leading Employment Department. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Employer Lawyers Association. Clare is a specialist in employment law.
Clare has always been passionate and enthusiastic about employment law and has worked in this area since 2004.
In 2006, Clare moved from a Local Authority department to the Employment team at Charles Russell LLP and subsequently commenced employment with Lyons Davidson Solicitors.
During her time at Lyons Davidson Solicitors, Clare represented and advised individuals on employment disputes and in particular, Tribunal litigation.
Clare has extensive experience acting for employees in a wide range of claims. She advises on all aspects of employment law including complex discrimination cases and matters relating to police regulations.
In her spare time, Clare enjoys baking and socialising with friends.
