Elaine Bruce

Elaine qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having worked across the firm during her two-year training contract, working closely with Frances McCarthy, Managing Partner in her final six months.

Since joining the employment team she has handled all types of employment tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, deductions of pay and discrimination matters.

Previously, Elaine worked in the public sector – most recently for the National Union of Students where she served as a union representative for staff members, committed to protecting and extending the rights of employees.

When not at work, Elaine enjoys running and cycling, She serves as a trustee for a local housing charity and is a valued supporter of a local village cricket club.
