Juliette Smith
Juliette Smith is a personal injury Solicitor in Pattinson & Brewer’s York Office and specialises in accident, criminal injury compensation, occupational disease and stress claims and is dedicated in acting exclusively for claimants. Juliette represents a wide variety of clients including trade union members from the RMT, GMB, TGWU, PCS and The Police Federation of England & Wales as well as private clients who come to her as a result of personal recommendations. She represented a number of claimants who were involved in the Hatfield railway disaster. Juliette has worked with Pattinson & Brewer since the York office opened in 1991 and has built up a broad range of experience about all types of personal injury claims in that time, settling several successful claims in excess of £100,000, with her largest settlement over £200,000. Here’s what one happy client had to say: "Thanks for all your help and hard work. I am pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend you highly to others" And from a witness, "Mr H was impressed with the way in which you handled his claim. I have retained your details and shall recommend you in future" Juliette is a litigation member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and qualified as a Legal Executive with Pattinson & Brewer but was not content to stop there. Juliette continued her study, while working full time, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. Juliette is married and her hobbies include gardening, cooking, cycling and going to the gym.
