Linda Levison

Linda Levison is a senior personal injury partner at Pattinson & Brewer Solicitors and Head of the Clinical Negligence Department. She has over 20 years experience in claimant accident, disease and clinical negligence matters and legal peers and other experts alike praise her as a 'skilled practitioner' in the Legal 500.

Linda has a broad range of expertise and specialises in injuries of maximum severity including; brain injury, spinal injury and fatalities. She is head of the High Value Claims unit and undertakes cases in this category both for accident and disease and for medical accident victims

She has been successful in securing many high value settlements on behalf of claimants including a settlement of over £5 million for a child spinally injured in a road traffic accident and many settlements in excess of £1 million.

Linda is a referral panel solicitor for the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), Headway and Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA). She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Law Society's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Panels.

Linda lives in North West London with her family and enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes, gardening, cycling, cats and quizzes of any kind. She also enjoys travelling and recently visited Peru where she undertook a short section of the Inca trail. Of the experience she says, 'It was extremely hard work and I did not realise just how fit you need to be. I will certainly try and put in more training if I go again!'
