Neil Dulwich is a Litigation Manager in Pattinson & Brewer’s personal injury department and has worked for over 30 years in accident and injury claims. He has a wide range of experience dealing with claims across a number of sectors including road haulage, marine industries, manufacturing, construction and retail. He has a particular interest in manual handling, head, spinal and lower limb injuries. Two recent case examples are: Re T -v- Brake Bros Ltd T, a delivery driver, severely strained his shoulder while unloading a poorly loaded vehicle and lost his job as a result of his injury. He became depressed as it was very difficult to find suitable work. Damages awarded £140,000. Re S -v- TT Group S, a machine operator, slipped on wet floor at work and jarred his back making his previous back problem worse. He was made redundant and could not find another job.
