Rosamund is a solicitor with over twenty years’ experience of representing injured victims suffering complex personal injuries. She specialises in claims involving children with cerebral palsy and other types of brain injury, spinal and complex surgical or medical negligence.
A former nurse with a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law, Rosamund has, through her dedicated work with seriously injured people, gained a national reputation as a passionate, outspoken, successful practitioner. She also holds many years’ experience of supporting and representing clients and their families at inquests, which is often a harrowing time when questions need to be asked and the truth found.
Throughout her career she has always been dedicated to going the ‘extra mile’ for her clients, challenging authorities and experts to ensure the right care, outcome and compensation for all who come to her. Rosamund is a tireless campaigner and supporter for charitable groups, including Sands and AvMA who are able to offer much needed additional emotional support and guidance to her clients. She is also devoted to improving and offering care and support for the elderly.
In the legal directories - Legal 500 and Chambers, they highlight some of Rosamunds’ traits describing her as “compassionate” and “a tour de force”. She has also been recognised by her peers to have “dogged determination and terrier-like qualities”.
Outside of her work, Rosamund is a long term school governor, a keen cook and tennis player.
