Victoria Harvey is a Personal Injury Litigation Manager with 20 years’ experience and has been with Pattinson & Brewer for 16 years. Victoria has extensive knowledge of all areas of personal injury claims and is a specialist in employers’ liability claims where she recently settled a case for £705,000 in her client’s favour. She is a strong supporter of rehabilitation helping claimants to find the right support where this is needed. Victoria is an elected Trustee Director of the UK Rehabilitation Council (UKRC).
Victoria has been an active member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She currently sits on the APIL Executive Committee where she is involved in promoting campaigns for better laws to help people who are injured through no fault of their own. She is also a member of the Bar Standards Board, Consumer Panel. The aim of the panel is to provide independent consumer-focused input to the BSB's regulatory and complaints-handling work. She has recently been re-elected for a further term.
