Pattinson & Brewer is a law firm with over a century of experience in pursuing compensation claims on behalf of accident victims and is, therefore, well placed to advise you on the individual circumstances of your case. Do I have a claim?
You need to able to prove that someone else was to blame for your accident. To find out whether you have a claim you should contact a qualified solicitor for a free first meeting to discuss the details of your possible claim. You should not rely on previous experience, other people’s claims or advertising on the television. Any claim you may have will be assessed solely on its own merits.

How much compensation will I get?

The amount of compensation you receive will depend on the individual circumstances of your case, the nature and extent of your injury and a detailed assessment of your pain and suffering as well as for your financial losses including, for example, expenses pursuing your claim, lost earnings and cost of any specialist medical treatments. Many legal service providers advertise damages values for certain types of injury on TV and in the press. You should not rely on these figures as they are often misleading and raise false hopes. The compensation you receive will depend entirely on the specific facts surrounding your case.
